This Privacy Policy explains how Pensive Beauty, LLC, doing business as Pensive Beauty® Nanoscience Labs (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), collects, uses, protects, and shares information through nanobaselabs.com, including the NanoBase™ partner portal, business account applications, the member document library, and our sample and inquiry forms (together, “the Site”). nanobaselabs.com is the technical and partner hub for the tri-domain NanoBase™ Architecture and is intended for commercial cosmetic businesses, not consumers.
The short version: we do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We collect what we need to verify your business, run your partner account, and supply NanoBase™, and we keep member and account areas private and out of search engines.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Business account applications
When you apply for a NanoBase™ business account, we ask for:
- Account credentials: username, email address, and password (stored only as a one-way encrypted hash; we cannot see your password)
- Contact details: first and last name, primary contact name, title or role, business phone, and optional WhatsApp number
- Company details: legal name, DBA or trade name, business type, year founded, website, and business EIN or tax ID
- Business and shipping addresses, including your attestation that the address is a commercial (non-residential) location
- Verification documents you choose to upload, such as a business license, certificate of insurance, or reseller or resale certificate
- Commercial profile: product categories of interest, target market, and estimated annual volume
- Your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy
1.2 Forms and requests
Our inquiry and sample request form collects your name, email address, company, website, role, country, what you are looking for, and your written description of your project. Members who request a tier upgrade provide the requested tier, expected volume, and preferred contact method.
1.3 Partner account activity
For approved members we record your partner tier, account status, and account activity needed to run the portal, such as document library access and upgrade requests.
1.4 Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system, processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver the Site and block abuse
- Aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and referring sites, collected through Google Analytics (see Section 6)
2. How we use your information
- To review and verify your business before approving an account, including confirming a commercial shipping location
- To create and manage your partner account and tier, and to give you access to member documentation and pricing
- To respond to inquiries, fulfill sample requests, and supply NanoBase™ under your partner agreement
- To send account and service emails, such as approval notices, password resets, and upgrade confirmations
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations
We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not use your company details, formulation interests, or uploaded documents for any purpose other than those listed above.
3. How member and client information is protected
- Member and account pages (dashboard, pricing, documents, account, and profiles) are restricted to logged-in, approved members and are excluded from search engines and public site search.
- Member profiles are private. A member can view only their own profile; members cannot browse or view other members.
- Verification documents you upload are visible only to authorized Pensive Beauty staff reviewing your account. They are never published on the Site.
- The member document library is delivered only to approved, logged-in members and is not publicly accessible.
- All traffic to the Site is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to account and client data inside our company is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with the safeguards above and review them as the Site evolves.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the Site. They process data only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Website hosting: our WordPress site is hosted on managed hosting infrastructure in the United States.
- Content delivery and security: Cloudflare delivers the Site and protects it against attacks and abusive bots.
- Transactional email: Postmark delivers account and form emails and receives only the recipient address and message content needed to send them.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) provides aggregated usage statistics.
- Payments: paid partner tiers are billed through pensivebeauty.com and its payment processors. nanobaselabs.com does not collect or store card numbers.
Account status and tier information for approved members is also recorded in Pensive Beauty’s internal customer management system so our team can support your account. That system is internal and is not shared with third parties.
5. When we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only:
- With the service providers described in Section 4, to operate the Site
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable government request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Pensive Beauty, our partners, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in who holds your information
6. Cookies
- Essential cookies: WordPress and our account system use cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Cloudflare may set security cookies to tell people and bots apart. The Site cannot work properly without these.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how the Site is used in aggregate.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the partner portal.
7. How long we keep information

8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Members can review and update their details in their account and download a copy of their data from the account Privacy tab. To request deletion or any other right, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires us to, such as tax and transaction records.
9. Business use only; children
The Site and partner accounts are for commercial cosmetic businesses and professionals. They are not directed to consumers or to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. International visitors
Pensive Beauty is based in the United States, and the Site and our providers operate in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Related policies
This policy covers nanobaselabs.com. Our main website and the NanoBase™ AI Chemist tool are covered by the Pensive Beauty Privacy Policy. Use of partner accounts is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify members by email or with a notice in the portal.
